The quality of your Insurance Broker and the product they have arranged becomes critical when you make a claim, as does any small print. As soon as you report your claim we will be on hand to help, guide and support you as is necessary.
Our Claims Manager is available to meet you and discuss your claim in detail, as well as liaising with your Insurance Company and any other involved parties.
Our in-house claims team have close relationships with all insurers we deal with and will ensure that you receive the best possible outcome to your claim.
Motor

This service operates 24 hours a day and enables our dedicated claims team to provide a rapid response with the aim of getting you back on the road as soon as possible.

Property
A claim form will generally be required for a property claim. As will additional documentation such as repair estimates or invoices etc. For certain types of claims such as escape of water or broken glass your insurers will have an out of hours emergency contact number which can be found in your policy booklet.

Liability
It is vital that all Liability claims are dealt with in accordance with insurers strict procedures.
