The quality of your Insurance Broker and the product they have arranged becomes critical when you make a claim, as does any small print. As soon as you report your claim we will be on hand to help, guide and support you as is necessary. Our Risk Manager is on hand to meet you and discuss your claim in detail as well as liaising with your Insurance Company and any other involved parties as appropriate.
Our committed in house claims team have close relationships with all insurers we deal with and will ensure that you receive the best possible outcome to your claim.
MOTOR
For all motor claims
All motor claims, regardless of circumstance, can reported via 0844 417 1044. This service operates 24 hours a day and enables our dedicated claims team to provide a rapid response with the aim of getting you back on the road as soon as possible.

PROPERTY
You will need a claim form for this
A claim form will generally be required for a property claim. As will additional documentation such as repair estimates or invoices etc.
For certain types of claims such as escape of water or broken glass your insurers will have an out of hours emergency contact number which can be found in your policy booklet.
